Life In Ovation is a Canadian family celebration and storytelling company that helps families honor the people who have shaped their lives. Our services include Living Tribute Experiences, Legacy Story Experiences, Legacy Documentary Experiences, and related keepsake and digital products.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and respectfully. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access to any accounts, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
3. Accounts
If you create a Family Portal account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@lifeinovation.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Bookings and consultations
Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract. A Life In Ovation engagement begins only after we have spoken with you and both parties have agreed in writing to a scope, timeline, and price.
5. Family content
Stories, photos, videos, and other materials you share with us remain yours. You grant Life In Ovation a limited license to use them solely to deliver the experience you have commissioned. We will not publicly share family content without your written consent.
6. Intellectual property
Our brand, design, written content, and produced experiences are the intellectual property of Life In Ovation. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided with care and craftsmanship, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Life In Ovation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
